IT IS URGENT TO DEAL WITH PARENTAL ALIENATION! EG GE Athens, GA 14 Jul 2015 —
Parents, Grandparents, Signatories, In the last post, the video of judge Lisa Garcyca’s statement about parental alienation did not open properly.
Watch in the link below the judge statement and the counselor request to find alternative placement for the minors involved in the Michigan custody case in question. There are other videos circulating in social media criticizing judge Garcyca decision in this specific ruling.
Yet, critics do not seem to suggest viable solutions to stop worldwide parental alienation, how to help alienated mothers and fathers and what to do with severely alienated children. Alienated parents and grandparents can not longer wait for another courageous President as Lula da Silva from Brazil to sign a law to criminalize parental alienation. Judicial systems have not taken decisive actions to permanently prevent and resolve the cruelty and damages inflicted to alienated parents and children.
The solution is in the hands of worldwide parents, grandparents and citizens. Wherever you are in the world, take active steps in social media and in person to person contact, to sign and share the petition to, ASK THe AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT TO RECOGNISE PARENTAL ALIENATION AS VIOLENCE AND ABUSE AGAINST CHILDREN!!

Professionals in different disciplines identified and defined Parental Alienation as the pervasive practice of one divorcing parent against the other parent to destroy the relationship of the targeted parent with his or her children. This is usually done with the intent to gain financial benefits in court.
Since 1990, the year that The Convention on Rights of the Child entered into force, a more pernicious form of Parental Alienation has permeated families worldwide. In order to comply with the yearly resolutions of the Committee on the Rights of the Child suggested by Civil Societies, known as Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), United Nations States Parties governments initiated, developed and sustain a persecution against parents to separate them from their children. Those resolutions are accepted unquestioningly and never contested.
Children Protection Services (CPS) are privately owned non-government organizations (NGOs), funded by governments. CPS are forcefully and heartlessly removing children away from their homes, parents, grandparents and family under the most unreasonable and heinous excuses to place children in foster care and adoption agencies.
This absurd cruelty and brutality has to stop now!
